So, as you can plainly see, it's a pancake and as everyone now knows, I use a fairly big pan but not my biggest at least :P
For those who haven't made one... they are of three ingredients: egg, milk and flour (somewhat equal amounts and runny). Spices can be added. (oh yeah, kinda important, cooked in a hot pan with melted butter... surprising how may people in a non-stick world forget things like that!... oh, and in the oven but think that's obvious) Also, if you look at a lot of Dutch still life paintings from the early 1600's and through the rest of the 17th century, you will no doubt see a few. Now, that I look at it, it does kinda make for a good visual.
