My Daughter the Cook!

One of my girls attempted a medieval feast for a school project a few years back, she would have been around 13 at the time...

"not my cooking, if anything, I was there to show how to slice something without taking off her fingers or to troubleshoot the range (which sometimes acts funky) or to read off things for her while she cooked. I would have liked to have helped more but this was for a school project."

here is her feast:

Eggs farced (fried in butter)

Leek soup

Chicken with orange sauce and Fried Mushrooms

Fried Asparagus and Pears cooked in wine syrup
